Hannah Driscoll - Script Supervisor

Hey there! Interested in some backstory? Check it out:

I’ve been a full time Los Angeles based Script Supervisor since 2015, previously working in copywriting before making the switch to filmmaking. I have a wide variety of experience on all types of entertainment projects, from narrative to commercial.

For fun, I host a podcast (John Wick Deep Dives), and get hotdogs at Clippers games. I also post daily cat videos on my instagram: (@scriptyhannah).

I’ve begun to dabble in directing recently. You can see my shorts and directing updates on my dedicated directing site as well as my IG @heyidirectedthis.

My family has been in California for over 100 years, and I was born and raised in Pismo Beach. After high school, I moved a little south to Long Beach for college (go beach!) and had a blast. While attending CSULB, I discovered script supervising through the screenwriting track I was on. I realized I could put my attention to detail, photographic memory, and synesthesia abilities to work in an industry I loved.

When I graduated during the recession though, I found freelance copywriting to be a more feasible route. After five years of writing for wonderful clients, I discovered writing remotely to be a bit lonely, and filmmaking was my true passion. So I pivoted my career path and found an amazing script supervising mentor: Randi Feldman. Her training course fully prepared me to go professional as a full time script supervisor. I truly enjoy this job and love when everything comes together for the perfect take. There’s no better feeling then that circle print!
